Artashes Oganesian, the founder of Meliora Law Firm, earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2011. Prior to studying law, Mr. Oganesian attended California State University, Los Angeles where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While attending law school, Mr. Oganesian served the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles as a volunteer for the Santa Monica Courthouse Self Help Legal Access Center.
Mr. Oganesian was admitted to the California Bar in 2011 and has since successfully represented clients in a broad range of complex legal, business, and administrative issues in federal and civil courts. In 2015, he joined the law firm of Bradford & Barthel, LLP; in the course of an almost three-year tenure, he gained extensive experience as a workers’ compensation insurer’s defense attorney. With invaluable insight into the other side of litigating workers’ compensation claims, Mr. Oganesian was determined to pursue his own practice where he could utilize his experience and knowledge to help injured employees seek compensation.
Mr. Oganesian’s current practice is centered on workers’ compensation and employment matters and includes handling industrial injury cases spilling into the civil litigation area of the law as well.
