Nothing you read at our site is legal advice. It’s certainly not intended to be legal advice. In no way is anything you’ve read here legal advice. We always advise that you consult with an attorney for your specific, individual situation. There’s no situation quite like yours. Every case is unique as is every client.
That being said, we warmly invite you to contact us. We’re always glad to sit down with prospective clients. Indeed, that’s one of our favorite parts of the job. We love to sit down with people and figure out how to best help them. We know how strenuous it can be when you’ve been injured at work or really anywhere else. Even when you’re surrounded by loved ones who care about you, it’s easy to feel like you’re alone. That’s where we come in. if you like, you can contact us and we’ll see what we can do about taking your case.
It’s important to note that this initial assessment is completely free. We know that there are other attorneys out there who will charge you for any little bit of time, but we won’t. Instead, we’ll give you a chance to tell your story. Along the way, we may ask questions about specifics. From there, we’ll see if there’s some way that we can help you. The worst thing that can happen is that we can’t help. So, when you think about it, there’s really no downside to contacting us.
We’ve helped people through all different kinds of difficult cases. Wrongful death cases are the hardest. Losing someone you love through the actions of someone else can be harder than anything else. When we take your workers compensation case, you can focus on what’s most important: your recovery. This is true whether you’ve suffered a back injury, some kind of repetitive stress one, or literally anything else. We can put our experience to work for you.
Speaking of experience, we’re more than just injury attorneys. We can help with civil litigation, too. Should someone breach a contract with you or anything similar, we can make sure that you get everything you deserve.
We’re always glad to talk to prospective clients. However, it’s important to keep this mind, just because you send us something doesn’t mean that we’re in an “attorney client” relationship. That’s not how it works. You have to come in and meet with us, then we sit down and talk, and then we figure out if we’re going to go the entire “client – attorney” route. It very well may work out, but it’s important that you don’t just assume we’re “client and attorney” just because you sent us something.
That being said, we ask that you do not send us any confidential information until we’re officially your attorney. As we’ve said, it’s great to talk to prospective clients, whether through the phone, email or any other form, but don’t send us anything confidential until we’ve agreed to be your attorneys. If you do send us something confidential before then, we can’t look at it. This rule is in place for you just as much as it is for us.
